Within the first year, we witnessed rapid growth, expanding our team to 200 employees. This growth coincided with our entry into telesales processes, further diversifying our service offerings. By 2013, our team had grown to 500 employees, and we ventured into employment services, broadening our expertise.
2015 marked a significant milestone as we expanded our team to 1,800 employees. We ventured into the world of E-commerce and travel services, serving a diverse range of clients. In 2016, with 2,200 employees, we delved into the health and wellness sector, as well as online food aggregation. The following year, our team grew to 3,000 employees, and we proudly served an international travel client.
By 2019, our team had expanded to 4,500 employees, and we strengthened our presence in the health and wellness sector. Our expertise extended to BFSI processes, underscoring our unwavering commitment to excellence in a broad range of sectors.
In 2022, Radical Minds crossed 5,000 employees and strengthened its capabilities with the acquisition of Gamma BPM. From 2024 to 2025, the company expanded its operations, strengthened its presence in South India, and continued to focus on growth and improved service delivery.
