In 2010, Radical Minds was founded with a vision to provide exceptional BPO services. With just 50 employees, we embarked on a mission to empower excellence and deliver innovation to our clients.

The Beginning
Within the first year, we witnessed rapid growth, expanding our team to 200 employees. This growth coincided with our entry into telesales processes, further diversifying our service offerings. By 2013, our team had grown to 500 employees, and we ventured into employment services, broadening our expertise.

2015 marked a significant milestone as we expanded our team to 1,800 employees. We ventured into the world of E-commerce and travel services, serving a diverse range of clients. In 2016, with 2,200 employees, we delved into the health and wellness sector, as well as online food aggregation. The following year, our team grew to 3,000 employees, and we proudly served an international travel client.
